Working with Tri2aspire will enable you to be better than you thought you could be. Working with a coach who knows you and your capabilities will not only encourage you to work to your maximum ability but also be able to give you balance in your training. Your program will be based on your physical, professional and social capabilities. All of these key components will facilitate in reaching your goal. There are two different levels of coaching that you can select from, Exclusive Tri2aspire and Ultimate Tri2aspire see below for details on which level suits you and your training needs most.
Exclusive Tri2aspire
This package is great for those individuals who would like to have a program which they can follow each month with a little flexibility whether you’re a triathlete or simply want to get into shape and lose a few pounds.
You will be provided with a tailored program to suit your goals. The program will be based around information provided to Tri2aspire at time of registration in relation to your physical, professional and social limitations/capabilities. Although the program is flexible, it is important to communicate any changes made to the program with your dedicated coach to ensure you get the most out of each training session. This package is majority online based training, although there are weekly group sessions which you are able to join. These sessions vary and will be posted online for your information. So be sure to check the Tri2aspire website frequently. The group training sessions are also a great way to meet the rest of the Tri2aspire team.
Ultimate Tri2aspire
Being your best takes hard work and dedication. If you’re interested in this package, you would know this already. Director of Tri2aspire,
Jason Metters will personally take care of your aspirations. He uses his extensive knowledge in life coaching and training techniques, based upon his own past elite race experience to ensure you achieve your goals and dreams. Your custom made program produced by Jason will keep you motivated and driven. Jason will personally be in regular contact with you no less than every couple of days, whether that be online or by phone consultation. In addition to your ultimate program, you will have point of contact with Jason personally throughout the month as well as access to his private medical staff for online consultation; this includes Andrew Hunter, renowned leading physiotherapist based in Sydney who will consult online with any diagnosed injuries incurred. You will also have access to Jason for race preparation and post race analysis. This package also includes a video analysis on your training techniques every 3 months.

Private sessions
One on One - Duration 90 minutes onwards.
Do you require a further private analysis with your training, or simply an exclusive private training session with Jason as you reach your athletic goals or maintain your weight? These private sessions are a great way to be analyzed via video observation. Let’s say you want to improve your swim, Cycle and/or Run technique, you will be filmed and analyzed on certain training techniques and appropriate adjustments will be made.
One on Two - Duration 90 minutes onwards.
Got a buddy or want to save on cost’s, the One on Two private session enables you to grab a friend of similar athletic or life style aspirations and work out together with Jason privately. This is quite suitable for training buddies, husband/wife combos.
These combos can be increased in numbers upon discussion with Jason.
