Dear Triathletes, In the women's race Didge Casey secured another Female win with a 1:08:06, finishing 9th overall. Sonja Ellman used her quick run to good effect bringing home second and a little under a minute ahead of thrid place finisher Helen Munro. Next Events
Race 4 took place earlier today in slightly cooler conditions, so some quick times were expected.
The race certainly did not disappoint, with Olivier Godart taking out the win in a little over an hour in 1:00:45. Olivier had to work hard and overcome a deficit on the swim overtaking Nick Tipper on the bike and maintaining his lead on the run. Nick came home in a comfortable second place just under a minute back from Olivier. Neil Flannagan came home in third to take the final spot on the open male podium.
A very competitive M40 category saw Stefan Spies narrowly beat Piers Constable by 17 seconds for a 1:05:13 victory. Equally close was the Female 40+ category with Dina Altayeb pipping Jools Glinkowski to the line by 19 seconds to come home in 1:27:14. In the Male Vet category, Stevie Morgan notched up his first win with a superb 1:12:52 in front of a proud mum.

We have two races next year to round out the 2011/2012 season:
Race 5 on February 24th 2012 is now open and we expect this to be extremely popular having had a 2 month break and it being the lead up to the Abu Dhabi International race.
This event is strictly limited to 200 athletes and the race entry will close as soon as it hits the maximum 200 participants, therefore we strongly suggest you register at Premier Marathons early to avoid missing a slot.
Again, we would like to thank our major sponsor for the season, AeroFit who have the latest technology in body scanning. AeroFit will have a display tent next week at Race 5, be sure to take a look at this very advanced system that some of the Elite TeamT2A members are currently using.

Our Location
Please go to the events tab and view the new location and course now down at the Bungalows. This is basically where we turn at the far end of the old bike course, it's simply 6km past Golden Tulip Hotel and clicking on the race course etc should make it easy for you to see the new location.
